Where can I buy top up?
You can buy easily a top up voucher or online top up at one of the many sales points, including specialized shops, supermarkets and Telecom shops.
How can I top up?
Go to one the many point of sales where Ortel Mobile Onine top-Up is available.
Your top up card or e-voucher has a 14 digit top up code.
Dial 1 2 0 5 and follow the instructions in the menu. (You will not be charged for this call.) Then enter the 14-digit top up code shown on your top up card or voucher, and press the # key to complete the process. Your credit balance has now been topped up.
You can also dial *121* the top up code followed by # and then press the call button.
When you are abroad and topping up your SIM card via 1 2 0 5 is not possible, you can also try to top up by calling +34.644.001.205

What can I do when if run out of credit?
If there is no credit left on your SIM card, you will no longer be able to make calls or send SMS messages. You will however be able to receive calls and SMS messages, make calls to emergency numbers and use the free services and the free top up service 1 2 0 5 during one month.

How can I check my credit?
Do the following:
- Call 1 2 0 5 free of charge and follow the instructions. After a few seconds you will hear how much credit you have left
- You can also dia *120# followed by the call button.
How long is my credit valid for?
Your credit is valid for 120 days. If you do not top up your credit within 120 days, you will lose your remaining credit. For the next 30 days you will only be able to call emergency numbers and free service numbers, such as the top-up number. You will still be able to receive calls. If you do not top up your credit within this 30-day period, your mobile number will be withdrawn and you will lose any remaining credit. If you top up your credit during the 30-day period, your new credit will be valid for 120 days Please note! You cannot claim credit that has expired.
